50th Year Jubilee
The 50th year Jubilee for Burwood AFC occured in 2020.
The anniversary Jubilee dinner celebration occurred on Saturday, 10 October 2020.
What a fantastic night for the 50th Year Jubilee celebration. The venue Waimairi Beach Golf Club was outstanding - we would recommend it to anyone. A great night had by all. Thanks to our honoured guests Julian Bowden (CEO Mainland Football), Alan Stroud (Club Sponsor and O’Sheas Public House host) and Mike McGarry (outstanding former All While). And the video specials from former players Aaron Clapham (former All White and Canterbury United player) and Meikayla Moore (current Football Fern and Liverpool player).
Thanks to all involved organising the event. And lastly great to see all those current and former club members who attended.
